All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product, exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order in original plastic packaged, resell-able condition with sales receipt. You must include a note with your name, phone number, and a written exchange request advising us of what you would like to exchange.

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Trinity Hair Haven was the party at fault.
Chemical alterations or modifications of any kind made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept any hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut).
Inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles or removing the rubber-bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure, please show your stylist. If it’s determined that Trinity Hair Haven is the party at fault, we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
SALE ITEMS: All items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are deemed FINAL SALES. There will be no exchanges on any items purchased during a sale.
